Item arrived with security tag still attached

I did not try on the dress because the security tag was not removed prior to shipping! I do not live near a Macys so I am returning this item. I am very disappointed at the lack attention to detail!

Unsatisfied!

Macy customer services is ridiculous with the unnecessary mistakes they are making. Its always a damaged product or wrong size. I ordered a size 12 and received a size 2. Now it my borden to take it back to the store.
