It is cotton!! 2 layers of it at that. I love it. Make sure you pay attention to the size you pick if you plan to wash and DRY in machines.

Looks nicer in the photo

I received this and it looks ok, but the fabric seems cheap. The photo makes it look much nicer. I was a little disappointed, but will keep it because of the price.
