Wrong color

I ordered size 10 Navy blue but they delivered black and package listed as Navy blue smaller than size I ordered. Item was final sale so I cannot returned but stuck with it. disapointed.

Cute jacket; true to size...did not realize white cuffs are part of jacket since model wearing a white blouse. I returned since I did not want the white cuffs.
