Would have given it a 5 except for cheap strap

I've been a loyal Calvin Klein purse purchaser for many years. I really like this bag, the size, the material, the design. The only thing I would change is the strap material. This purse comes with a cheap-looking cloth material for the shoulder strap that doesn't really match the purse. Why? For the higher price of CK, add a leather strap, it does matter to customers.
