Macys has no idea what they're doing

Never again, will I buy from Macys.com.. 1. they broke an order into 3 parts. 2. The last shipment was delayed. 3. they sent us the wrong item. 4. I had to literally spend hours explain the situation to Macys.. first to a person via chat and then to a person on the phone. 5. they took 5 days to "approve" my exchange.. even though it was their fault. 6. not a peep of apology 7. they sent me an email saying I better the wrong item on time or else they would charge me.. not sure what they would charge me for.
