2X description vs actual XXL

They are a nice weight HOWEVER the description online says they are a 2X when in fact they are a XXL. Its says so on the tag. There IS a difference in the sizing between a XXL vs a 2X.

cannot use as received

I received item and put on shelf in closet until warmer weather since they were the color cloud (white). This week I got them off shelf to wear and discovered that they where sent to me with the security feature still attached. Obviously, I cannot wear this item nor can I remove the feature myself without damaging the article of clothing.
