"Easy Returns" turns out to be FAR from easy

The dress did not fit well. That is always the risk with online purchases, so I was going to return it. What annoys is that I could not get a return set up. I each time I tried, I received a "try again later" (which I did but it never worked) or call us. I have not called. Maybe I can get a return to work if I called. Could I USPS mail the dress? But, the return label they would sell you is for UPS, which barely serves where I live. The time needed to get to a place to send a UPS parcel return makes me just want to donate the dress to the Salvation Army Thrift Store and give up.

love dresses

I normally love Klein clothing. This dress is pretty but doesn’t fit me comfortably. The fabric is so heavy. Couldn’t wear this outside on a warm summer day. I am returning.

Shipping packing was horrendous

It's a very nice dress. Colors are very pretty, fits nice. The heavier material helps the dress fall nicely and gives shape. Must comment on Macy`s shipping.... Horrible. It came in a large box, barely taped shut with gaps and holes etc. Dress on a hanger, no plastic protection. Nothing but the dress moving around for days in this large box with a scratchy plastic hanger. Not a cheap dress, would be nice care was taken. Very bad experience with shipping. Happened twice too, since I ordered the same dress again in a different a different size a day later. Horrible service.
