defective dress

I'm so upset that I'm thinking of permanently closing my macy;s account for ever because they wouldn't accept the return of this dress and two other items because they're on clearance, but when I bought them, they didn't have that tag. Also, this dress is too tight at the top and it's defective.

Stylish Gray Flower Dress

This dress looks much nicer in person. It’s comfortable & fits well. It’s a nice length & has a button front (3 buttons). The beautiful gray flowers look classy against this black dress & there are very thin silver “tinsel-like” pin stripes also going down the dress (on the front & back & on the flutter sleeves). This silver pin stripes give the dress a really pretty highlighted shine. It is a Calvin Klein dress & is of good quality. I recommend buying this stylish dress - it’s appropriate for any occasion.
