Mailed with the security tag still on!

Ordered the black one online and it arrived with the security tag still attached! I shredded the receipt it came with because I didn’t realize this until long after. I’m not going to go into a Macy’s store and be accused of anything. Thanks a lot! I have attempted to remove it myself, but no luck so far. Such a waste of money!
