fits great

I am 5’4”, weigh 150 and got a medium. It fits great!! I love Calvin Klein. They make such good quality clothing. Warm, light, but no bag and it states packable, but packable into what?? Guess one day I’ll find out. But I love the jacket. Macy’s always delivers on time. It is great for San Francisco!

Unhappy

I received the right coat, but wrong color. I got a white coat and ordred a burgundy one. I I ?I called Macy's customer service and the person said the coat was still out for delivery What? I have a coat, it is justt he wrong one. She said she would update the system(?) and contact me on the status. That was over 5 days ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone at Macy's. Please resolve this immediately. I either want the burgundy color coat or a refund. Let me know what my options are..

Too long and too tight.

Didn’t fit me. I am usually a small, but ordered a medium. It must have been made for a tall, skinny girl. The sleeves were much too tight and so was everything else. It also came half way down my legs. As I said before, it would fit an extremely thin and tall person. However it was very well made and I was sorry that I couldn’t keep it.
