Not Flattering

I thought this coat would be warm for the northeastern winters. The brown color is nice, but unfortunately, my normal size medium is too large and bulky, making the coat really unflattering. I'll be returning it and continuing my search for a warm but flattering winter coat.

Not as advertised

This coat is cute and I wanted to keep it, but it is advertised as the hood being removable and it is not. It’s a shame because I bought it in two colors.
