I order this jacket on Feb 14, it said will ship in 3-4 business day. After one week long, they emailed me that my order was delayed, will ship on Feb 27. Today I check back on my order status, it is showing waiting for back order! I want to cancel my order so bad. The earlier email said I could cancel my order anytime, but when I tried to cancel it. It doesn’t work!! Bad service! I will call the customer service tomorrow!
