Jacket Arrived Unprotected and Poorly Packaged

I received my jacket in today’s mail and was immediately disappointed by the condition in which it arrived. The jacket was placed directly into the shipping package with no plastic or protective covering whatsoever. In addition, the receipt inside the package was wrinkled, giving the clear impression that the item was hastily packed with little care. This lack of proper packaging raises serious concerns about your quality control and shipping standards. It also leads me to question whether the jacket I received was a previously returned item rather than a new one, as I expected. I am requesting clarification regarding the condition of this item at the time of shipment and an explanation for why it was sent unprotected. Please advise how this matter will be resolved promptly. I am saying "NO" to recommendation because of said actions. I look forward to your response.

Perfect size 16. Great quality fabric. Nice weight. Good structure. Could be worn with a number of different colors in the brown, taupe, black, beige, even burgundy family. Love it.
