Poor workmanship

Bought this about a month ago , and have used it for about 2 weeks. The front outside pocket closure popped open came unstitched. Now the pocket hangs wide open and looks horrible, The inly thing I used the outside pocket for was my phone

Beautiful bag with elegant silver hardware. Gold looks “off” on black leather to me. I got the black and the black/brown patent. Four stars because I wish the straps were a little longer.
