I am very disappointed with my recent order of Calvin Klein loafer shoes. First, the order was delivered to the wrong address. When the replacement finally arrived, I was shocked to see that the shoes they sent me were clearly used. This is not what I expect from Macy’s. What happened to Macy’s excellent customer service and reliable shipping? I have always trusted Macy’s for quality and professionalism, but this experience has been very frustrating.

They are comfortable & lightweight. True to size. The navy blue will be great when cool weather returns

Comfortable, excellent quality & reasonably priced
As soon as I slid my feet into these shoes, I felt like I was stepping on pillows. The comfort and quality are the quintessential Calvin, that I've come to know and LOVE. I'm glad that I returned the previous pair and ordered these. Looking forward to taking them on a work-day test run.

Most Uncomfortable Shoe Brand
This is the 2nd Calvin Klein loafer style I've purchased. And sadly, I've had to return both. It's a nice looking loafer, the light color is great. The problem is their loafers tend to run on the small and narrow side. I rarely have issues in my normal size with other brands. My feet are regular width, not wide. On my previous CK loafer purchase, I had exchanged them for 1/2 size bigger but that didn't work either as the new size was too large but the shoe was still too narrow. I will not bother exchanging these as I do not hold up much hope for a better fit, shame.
Runs big and small
Nice shoes but Bought an eight medium felt snug .. so I order an 81/2 and now it slips off .. I think the sizes are off.
