This item never arrived altho the status indicates delivered. There is also no way to indicate and get help for this situation. your customer care team headed by Nikhil is not at all helpful. Kept insisting that i will have my refund and refused to help to reship. but i dont get it.. how will i get my refund if the items never arrived and i could not initiate the refund process since it is showing that my items were delivered. also, i do not want refunds since i am buying it with SGD and this is priced in USD. I have already incurred exchange rate difference and charges by my credit card company. So, who can help me out here? Pls ship me my order. and why is the order broken into 2 deliveries making it super inconvenient and messy especially when delivery issues occur like in this instance? pls help. there is no avenue except the chats with your agents who are completely not helpful and poor in their customer service skills as well as product or system knowledge. Pls help immediately.
