Very bad quality! Very bad policy!

Shoes are completely defective. The strap does not have enough holes and is very thin and looks worn. The whole back of the shoe gaps out from it. When I tried to adjust the strap it completely snapped apart. Macys return policy has become terrible for customers and I am a platinum customer. . These are only two months old and I’m not even able to return or exchange them!!!

Very 90s vibe

The straps could be a little tighter for a more comfortable fit but other than that very cute shoe.

They’re great, just a bit heavy to walk with. Other than that, it doesn’t hurt my feet. Size up if you have wide feet, straps aren’t stretchy.
