light weight cozy jacket

This jacket is light weight and doesn't bother your sholders. The color is just like the photo. High quality and comfy. I bought it in February offs and can't be more satisfied of that. It works in very cold weather. The hat also fits really well.

Calvin Klein hooded puffer coat

Nice coat but arms way too tight! Initially ordered M called customer service to exchange for L. Customer Service processed my replacement order twice and now I have to go to store to return size M and 1 size L. I asked to have one of the L sizes cancelled and was told they could not do it, so I asked for a supervisor who told me he cancelled but I received it today. Not sure what happened to Macy's, but their customer service is lacking. On my way to the store to return! So disappointing.

I just love this coat! I was looking for a coat that was warm and stylish. I love that it comes down to the knee. When I purchased it and got it home and wore it the next day I noticed it had a small tear on the bottom of the coat by the sipper. I’m hoping to find another one and exchange the damage one.
