Item Unacceptable.

this sweater arrived with a snag in the front, unable to pull the snag thru, it is disturbing I cannot return item for a credit or another sweater. I'm not happy.

Too Long

I bought this sweater in XS and it was too big, especially too long. Not like in the photo at all. I came below my behind, almost long enough to wear as a tunic with leggings.

Item not new!

This item was sent with a restock ticket. It smelled of perfume and body odor and was obviously worn and returned. I do not expect to buy merchandise that is not new! It was a present! How embarrassing!

I really love the feel of this sweater. It is soft, warm and does not itch. It is easy to snag, but easy to repair. I would purchase another if available in another color.

good but…

It’s very nice. I thought it was gonna be itchy but it wasn’t when I tried it onn. Unfortunately I ordered online and it was a size too big for me. I’m 5’3 36 DD - 12 petite and this one was just a little too large . It is true to size tho but for a small gal like me , you could size down a size or two. What I loved most was the funnel neck! Looks so nice that I might start looking into funnel neck tops instead of mock or turtle. Elegant and the sweater is cozy but not hot and it’s not thick either it’s a perfect mid cozy. I’m thinking about just ordering another one because I loved the funnel neck but i dk.

This sweater is soft but the material is too delicate for my liking .

I love it!

I ordered this in white and love it. Comfy fit, goes with everything and it was very true to size. My only complaint is the material and washing… if it shrinks it will not fit and it’s lightweight so it would be easy to ruin in the washing machine. But all in all I love it!
