Buckle Hurts!

Unfortunately the buckle on these shoes really hits the top of my foot and I can't even walk in them for long without them hurting quite a bit. They look good and if it wasn't for the buckle would be comfortable.

Where's my shoes?

I give only 3 stars cus last night October 7 I went to Macy's at The Woodlands Mall to check on the status of my shoes ( i received a email telling me they where ready)and the employees told me they don't have not shoes there for me. I try to show them the email but unfortunately couldn't find it. And just see this email asking me for my review of the purcharse? How could I know if I didnt even able to get my shoes?
