Bottom destroyed

I purchased the black pair on Sunday (12-14-25) wore them starting Monday today is Thursday (12-18-25) & the bottom of my left boot is starting to tear!! I work security doing nothing but standing & I choose these boots due to the foam cushion on the inside plus they were cute but never did I think 3 days into wearing them the bottom would start tearing!! I’m so upset cause this is the 2nd pair of boots I purchased from Macy’s within 2 weeks & the 1st pair I purchased online was cancelled due to them having incorrect information on the website regarding the size which is why I decided to go IN STORE to shop yet here it is 4 days later & I have a busted pair of boots!! I wanted to attach a few photos but I couldn’t find that option to support my statement but I couldn’t find that option…
