Material is not suitable for a business suit/skirt

This skirt is made from a cheap jersey knit. It's not lined. It's not the kind of material I associate with business suits. I don't think the item's description adequately describes the material. I purchased the jacket as well which is made from the same cheap stretchy jersey like material. It's not lined either. I just didn't expect material for a suit--maybe for some pullup pants.
