Still No Dress—Tracking Says Delivered in NC

I placed this order on May 11, but as of today, June 13, I still have not received the dress. The tracking status is completely wrong—it shows the package was out for delivery and “delivered” in North Carolina, yet I live nowhere near NC. This is clearly a delivery error, not on my end. Macy’s policy states that customers must notify them within 30 days of delivery for non-receipt issues. That’s exactly the problem: since I never received the item, I had no idea when the (phantom) delivery supposedly occurred—so I missed the deadline. Now the return window closed on June 10, leaving me stuck with no dress and no way to request a resolution. I’ve tried contacting customer service and calling the 1‑800‑289‑6229 line with no success. This is unacceptable. If you track shows “delivered” but it never arrived—you deserve a fix. Buyer beware—Macy’s delivers tracking updates like they’re real, but apparently doesn’t deliver the merchandise.

Nice dress. Heavy material

Beautiful dress. Fit great. I have a couple other similar dresses, but the material on this one was too heavy for a summer dress. Even the cashier mentioned it when I returned it.

I never received my dress.. instead I received a paie of black shoes (Clarks N° 8 1/2) that I didn’t order ! Hope you are going to find out ans send me my dress! The shipping and labeling service are horrible
