Poor customer service

Purchased online It did not at the time did it say non returnable. Being on chemo myself , sent husband for a refund at store with receipt. He was told no. This sweater is supposed to be medium and is actually xsmall. Very upset with macys

Great for everyday!

I got this sweater for my Mom who loves it! She said it fits really well (she wears a XL) and it feels very soft. The material seems sturdy and should last for a long time. It isn’t too thick and the color will go with anything!
