The dress is of very good quality,, material is not heavy and the length of the dress is perfect right above the knee. I bought the black with white collar, I have gotten lots of compliments when I’m out and about. For reference I bought a medium; weight 140, 5’2 hight . The buttons start below the waist and can be buttoned all the way up .
