I love the dress, but was very disappointed to find it had makeup smeared all on the top front. It looked like someone had tried it on and rubbed their face all over it when putting it on or taking it off. It has to be dry cleaned before I can wear it!

Awful smell
I just received the dress. Open the package and immediately the smell hit me. Someone wore the dress and left an unpleasant armpit smell on it. I cannot believe that the person who packed my dress did not smelled it. This is what I call horrible customer service.
