Nothing to Wear for New Year’s Eve!

I ordered this dress in two different sizes on December 2 so I would have one that fit perfectly for New Year’s Eve. Although I had several shipping notifications I never received the dresses. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful but couldn’t explain why I didn’t get the order. They were able to credit my account and said in a subsequent email there was no need to return the dresses. Very considerate but I can’t return what I don’t have anyway. In general I am very pleased with Macy’s customer service representatives but disappointed in the shipping process.
