great coat but neck snaps not sewn well

I really liked this coat - my favorite amongst 5 I tried. But the snap on the neck ripped out on the first wear when I tried to open it. Not sure what to do now because I returned the other coats!

I accidentally ordered the black along with the off white and keeping both. Very elegant design, not too heavy, beautifully lined. Seems true to size.
