Dress came ripped, missing refund, worst service

If I could give this dress zero stars, I would. 0/10 experience. I got the dress in the mail for my baby shower, fit great. Saw a 8” pull in the chiffon in the bottom ruffle. IMMEDIATELY chatted with customer service to exchange for an unripped dress. I was told that they could not ship a new dress because this one wasn’t marked as “delivered” yet and to try again in 24 hours. I told the customer service rep that I was worried this dress would sell out before I got an unripped dress. He said “don’t worry you will be fine”. The next morning I called customer service and she said she could not ship me a new one yet but that she would call me personally when it ships in 1-2 days. My husband suggested that I just buy another one just to get it in the mail since I was worried it would sell out. I called customer service a 3rd time to just ask them to sell me another dress and I would simply return the dress. Dress is sold out. Was told I would get a refund.Refund “under review” 5 days later
