I needed to order a different size when at store, but when received it it was maxi length. I like it but I don't want to pay to shorten so I will return

Terrible Fit

I'm wondering if I received a maternity version of this dress. I ordered a size 4. The waist area is so over sized and gaping, it's unwearable. Unless you are pregnant. Then it would fit perfectly.
