Where are the pockets??

Just received today, even though it’s July I figured I’d have a nice winter coat for upcoming cold weather. Fits nicely but there seems to be small holes torn about one inch where there should be POCKETS! I went Back to the Macy’s app to check, and sure enough the model had her hands where the pockets “should be”!! What the ….?? If it wasn’t such a bargain, I’d definitely return it. But I figured I’d write this so someone else isn’t disappointed! Calvin come on !
