  • It’s great but when u wear it , it collects at the back only happens when u zip the inner vest and leave the coat open :(

Stylish coat

The style and fit are great, but it’s the first time I purchased a wool blend coat. I really didn’t know what that meant but mixing wool with viscose and polyester makes it heavy and rough.

Coat too large and heavy

I went by the reviews and ordered X-Large, it was huge and long, also very heavy. Had to return it.

Nice coat

This is a nice coat. I like the medium gray color. It's slightly darker than I expected, which I prefer. It is very heavy and very warm. It does have a triple-layer system in the front, which adds bulk and can appear less flattering, but I think it's worth it for the warmth. I am somewhat concerned about the texture of the coat and can see how pilling might become an issue. I do wish the coat had buttons instead of a zipper for a classier look.

Bad customer service with a deliberate lie

I’m supposed to pickup my order today, I have email from Macys confirms that my order will be ready on December 17th, when I called customer service they said you have to wait between 3 and 6 days! So maybe till December 22. That’s why I hate online shopping, because they lie about orders picking up, when they took money from your account they change dates and times. False company!

Refund takes for ever to be returned ❌

I returned the product that is already in the warehouse because I didn't find the quality of the fabric good. However, I requested my refund in my account and still haven't received it, after several calls to get my refund. I need to wait for the warehouse to release it for another 3 days. Honestly, it's total disrespect for the consumer, and I am disappointed.
