Calvin K didn’t cut it with this one

The color caught my eye; the style did too, and, of course, the CK brand, but this dress was an epic fail. The fabric was thin and clingy. The wrap string was too flimsy and after tying it, the wrap would unwrap on me while I was wearing the dress— how embarrassing this would be if I was out at work dinner or wherever— though the dress was available in my size, apparently my body proportions just didn’t work. I couldn’t pull that look off and for those reasons, I can’t give CK the usual high rating that I normally would. CK and I go back many years. but this dress was a disappointment.
