Disappointed Buyer

I really loved this dress but when I received it was too small & I couldn’t return because it was final sale & I didn’t see when I purchased that final sale no returns. I’m very disappointed because I spent a lot of money on this dress although it was on sale. Now it’s just sitting in my closet gathering dust. Apparently this dress runs small because I order my usual size.
