Runs very large 1.5 to two sizes too large

This fit of this blouse in size XL runs very large 1.5 or even 2 sizes too large. I took measurements of this size XL blouse after I received it and the bust measured 49-inchs and the hips measured 51- inches. Also I don’t quite understand why the description has the description slim-fit because clearly it is not it is more a boxy or straight shape fit. I cannot trust the sizing to reorder so I will be just returning. The blouse was received in a bag only and all buttons were unbuttoned with the exception of two buttons, sloppy delivery. very sheer

I love the raglan cut sleeve for comfort in the shoulders but the material is so thin and utterly see through.
