Bad service by Macy’s

Wrong Bag was delivered to after 1. Long Wait 2. Shipped (wrong one) as soon as I requested cancellation after long wait. Now I had to take the trouble of returning it:

Disappointed

Never shopping from Macy’s again they didn’t ship the item in ages and when I cancelled it I had to contact multiple times they didn’t want to cancel it, finally I called they told me it would be cancelled but it’s been weeks that I haven’t received the item nor my money

Purse is poor quality.

I bought this purse for my daughter Christmas. It has been peeling and looks terrible. This is the second purse like this that I had bought the first one. I have no complaints, but I won’t be buying a third one because of the quality of this one!
