London Rag terrible service

While the shoes are nice, the customer service I received from London rag/Macys was appalling. These shoes went on sale for 50% off the day I received them. Instead of crediting me for the sale price, Adler multiple phone calls, a Macy’s rep advised me I had to contact London Rag myself. I emailed them 5 times. I had to threaten to close my account to get help from Macys. Macys did not stand behind their product sold from their website. Super frustrating. This started on 2/7 finally resolved 3/27. I’m still waiting for upper management to investigate why it took so much effort. I’ve never had this level of difficulty and frustration from Macys.
