product is not as expected

Arrived broken! The flower is clay very disappointing! Looks So beautiful online when it arrived it was broken! Highly disappointed.

Not impressed

I paid an extra $10.00 for two day shipping and received my package ten days late with no explanation and no refund for shipping fees. I tried to contact Macys' but was on hold for long periods of time without anyone answering. Very disappointed
