Tutu skirt

I was disappointed as I thought it was the whole thing…. That’s on me the skirt was soooo crushed and flimsy but I suppose for a little girl it’s ok but the waist band was thick and itchy for my granddaughter

My 3 year old loves this tutu

My 3 year old daughter loves this tutu. It was more stiff than what I anticipated but once it had time to expand, it looked fluffy. She definitely enjoys wearing it with her leotard and makes her feel extra special for ballet class.
