Very beautiful but runs way too small

I really shouldn't give this 4 stars, but the quality and the material as well as color was just really beautiful. That said, it runs very small and I had to return. Whatever size you get, it will run small and for that, it's a no. Combing two sizes is ridiculous. Size down and keep it that way or make bigger sizes.
