this machine does not deliver as advertised and I have had much better coffee with less expensive machines. Despite adhering to directions and trying everything under the sun, this machine does not make hot coffee, the filter is difficult to remove after use, it requires too much time to warm up and most cups don't fit under the nozzle. the switch gets tight when the indicator light is orange (turns immediately from green to orange when in use). Frother is great tho and easy to clean. Am returning to store and returning to Krups. Thank goodness Macy's has great customer service and that won't be a problem.
Awkward design
Capresso is a great company but this poor design is messy and it did not dispense espresso evenly when making two cups. We had a Capresso for years so we expected better quality. Their customer service is very good. Just bought a different Capresso model.
I love this espresso machine!
I bought this espresso machine after trying a less expensive one and love this! It makes a great espresso and froths the milk so I have the perfect latte! I like the large water container on the side so you have plenty of steam. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to make their own drinks. It is easy to use and has many nice features.
