Unbelievable

I thought I would try out the Mini Fry Pan to see if the pan was as good as described. And it was! I have never had a pan feel and work so well. I've had pans that weren't well balanced and didn't make good contact with the electric stove top but this pan is heavy and quickly uses the heat. I fried an egg in it and it slid right out of the pan. The pans are expensive but I'm thinking it is worth the cost when it makes cooking such a pleasure.
