It works til it doesn’t

I just bought my 3rd of these because they last longer the other nontoxic nonstick pans, but if you happen to use the wrong heat or wrong oil, it will be ruined forever. I follow all the rules - no dishwasher, low heat, etc - and I’m one scorched veggie burger from a total loss.

very nice pan

I have an electric stove that is difficult to brown things on, in addition to this being non-stick, it heats and browns food nicely. A little heavier than I’m used to but that is likely why it gives an even searing to the food. So far I really like it.
