Ordered twice

Super unhappy. I ordered it twice thinking the FEDX stole my items when I found out it was crocs bag I got so upset I had to make returns on both bags. Never will I buy items from third company. Get it together.

They shipped crocs instead of a hat. Apparently this was not the only time.
