Lab Created Opal Necklace

The opal necklace, in general, looks lovely as a birthday gift for my 10 year old niece. I like the sterling silver design of the wings hugging the lab created opal heart (not mentioned in the ad that the opal was synthetic). I can tell it's lab created by the number of specks in the opal. It doesn't look natural at all. However, it's pretty for the price and I'm sure my niece would love wearing it.
