Expensive

I don't feel that these sheets, which are 4 times the price of my typical bamboo sheets, are so much different or better. I like bamboo sheets. I just disagree with the price.

Softest sheets ever!

Little bit of Luxury

Disappointed

I ordered a queen size set. I got sheets labeled Queen but received King sized sheets which were mislabeled. The company told me to return them and they would ship me a new set. That’s so simple for them but it is a very serious issue for me. I have severe back issues and chronic pain. Just measuring them on the phone, then having to change and wash the sheets, then packaging them up and then going to ship them. Not a word of concern about the frankly very serious situation this created for me. So easy for them to say blithely, just send them back and we’ll exchange them. I have been customer of this company for years. Who cares, just all your inconvenience and pain, time and energy. One would think there would be some concern. I told the young woman I spoke with all of this. Oh well!

Harder than I expected

I have been wanting to get the pillows. I didn't love any of them. They were just a bit too hard. Great quality though. I just wouldn't buy them again.
