Love these boots!

I ordered these 1 size up because they run small. They have been fairly comfortable, I wore them all winter and my feet never hurt.

Not exactly what I thought, but I like them

I ordered these online, but I didn't really realize that the chain-type decoration going around the boot looks a lot like a zipper. My husband calls these my "biker" boots. That wasn't exactly the intent, but I decided to keep them because they are very comfortable and it's healthy to take a baby-step outside your comfort zone every now and then.

Most comfortable boots I have ever owned.

I love love love these boots! I love them so much I bought them in another color. They are comfortable and stylish. I wear them constantly.

Don't last long

I would expect any boots I buy to last at least 1 season. These boots did not. I loved them when I got them but now that I've had them for the winter I'm very disappointed. The vinyl along the zipper started wearing on both boots and then the cute chain that goes around the ankle broke. I tried to return to Macy's today and their policy is only 90 days for defective merchandise. So don't buy them unless you don't expect them to last 90 days. Disappointed in Macy's and the boots.

Best Boots Ever!

Bought two pair (Brown and Black). I generally wear a size 7 shoe. However, I went with the 6.5 "True Fit" size and they are perfect. I wear them with thin socks. Perfect for skirts and skinny jeans. Love the style and wear!
