Nasty nasty

I purchased one pair of your Carlos Santana boots from Macy’s for my son receive the boots. The boots have been worn and returned. Still have food under the bottom of them. The box that it came in with Carlos Santana‘s name and face on it was torn the paper wrapping paper Was nasty. I called Macy’s talk with them. The young lady ordered another pair to replace that pair receive the shoes. Three days later they had also been returned with food and muck on the bottom of them. No wrapping paper this time however the canvas bag that each shoe came in was all and filthy when I called Macy’s to complain. The young lady said she does not understand how it happened because one shoe came from Macy’s department store. The other shoe came from the vendor, which is Carlos Santana shoes for men and if that is the case, both of you guys are nasty and filthy. I will not purchase anything from Carlos Santana again and I would not purchase anything from Macy’s again this is just pure nasty.

Loved the shoes

Purchased for Christmas for my husband. He loved them. But, they were a little to narrow for his foot and he wear a medium width. I wish they had different widths.
