Where is my purchase

I purchased this swimsuit 10 days ago, but the USPS tracking still says ‘awaiting item.’ Why is there such a delay, and where is my order?

Where is it?

I was charged for this 9 days ago on my credit card and have not received it. The tracking still says label created but not received at USPS. Unacceptable!
