I experienced a bait and switch

The Caroline Herrera perfume and lipstick set was supposed to have a spray perfume but it was replaced with a rollerball that was almost empty!...I purchased this for my daughter and was so glad that I checked this before presenting it to her...this was very expensive, I suppose that's why someone replaced the new purse spray with a used rollerball...Macy's is too good for this.
