Christmas disappointment

Subtle floral

This scent is a great mix of a little warmth in a floral scent. It tones down the floral but still sweet and fresh while also nodding the touch of warmth with the vanilla. Very inviting scent!

Misleading

I placed an order to pick this item up in stores on 12/12. Before placing the order, the website said the item would be available to pick up on 12/13. It is 12/20 and its still not ready for pickup. I called customer service and they said they're shipping the item to the store and it should be available to pick up 12/23. This is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered the perfume as a gift for Christmas and I would have never order from Macy's if I knew it would take so long. I should have just bought the item in store from Ulta. Super disappointed!

Delivery after Christmas... was promised by 24th

It was promised to be delivered by the 24th but the delivery date is showing December 26th!. I ordered on 16th and it is sitting 4 days in OH... It was promised to be delivered by the 24th if ordered by 20th. I placed the order on 16th... not happy...
